Tom, our managing director, has led OSI for 9 years after taking over from his dad. He enjoys the gym, dining out with his fiancée, and also runs “Tom’s.Talks,” offering mental health talks and mindset coaching. His favourite holiday spot is Dubai.
Gemma Tinker
Director
Gemma, one of three directors at OSI, has been with the company for over 15 years. In her spare time, she enjoys family life with her husband and two children, Hallie and Theo. She’s also appeared on the TV show “Take Me Out” and loves ski holidays.
Tobi Sixsmith
Office Manager
Tobi has been with OSI for over 25 years. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and three children. A fun fact: she once met David Beckham at Manchester airport before his World Cup red card against Argentina. Her favourite holiday spots are Dubai and Salou, which hold special childhood memories for her.
Jody Walker
Internal Operations Manager
Jody, our internal operations manager, has been with OSI for 17 years. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening and has also attended over 100 concerts. He also loves visiting Madeira.
Brent Chapman
Credit Controller
Brent, our credit controller, has been with OSI for nearly 25 years. He’s passionate about car detailing and has owned over 1,000 cars. He enjoys visiting Cayton Bay and Protaras, Cyprus.
Steven Sanderson
Assistant Office Manager
Steven, our assistant office manager for 20 years, enjoys socialising, playing Xbox, and exploring the paranormal through ghost hunts. His favourite holiday spots are Malta and Ingoldmells.
Spencer Furniss
Digital Media Marketer
Spencer is our digital media marketer, having been with the team for just over 3 years. Recently, he founded a Sunday league team for the local side, Silkstone Common Miners FC. Fun fact: Spencer is a non-identical twin, and Greece tops the list as his favourite holiday destination.
Tracey Pygott
Office Administrator
Tracey has been an office administrator at OSI for 18 months. She loves spending time with family, socialising with friends, walking her dog, listening to music, shopping, and dining out. Her favourite destinations are Thailand and the Maldives, though she’s also visited Dubai and toured the Burj Khalifa which she says was amazing!
Gabriella White
Sales & Customer Care
Gabriella is a Business Admin Level 3 apprentice at OSI, where she’s worked for nearly two years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and has a slight addiction to Ribena. Tenerife is her favourite destination.
Laura Phillips
Business Development Manager
Laura, OSI’s business development manager based in Manchester, has been with the company for 18 months. She enjoys relaxing with sound baths and spending time with her daughter. Her middle name is Hilda, and she’d love to visit Maine, USA, home of her favourite author, Stephen King.
Tony Pearce
Account Manager
Tony is our accounts manager, with almost 20 years of experience. A Sheffield United fan and sports enthusiast. Fun fact, he’s recently started selling jams, preserves, and sauces at the local market. His favourite holiday spot is Toronto.
Zac Cable
Warehouse Manager
Zac, our warehouse manager, and lead technician has been with OSI for nearly 10 years. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities like biking, fishing, running, camping, hiking, and paddleboarding. His favourite travel spots are the Lake District and Madeira.
Kieran Hyde
Warehouse Manager
Kieran has been our Warehouse and Logistics Manager at OSI for nearly 10 years. He enjoys spending time with his kids and playing rugby league for the local team, Dodworth Miners. His favourite destination is Australia’s Gold Coast.
Alex Lang

Alex has been with OSI for 2 years and is now the warehouse project manager. In his free time, he enjoys films (especially Star Wars), festivals, concerts, and working out. His favourite holiday spot is Protaras, and he’s looking forward to a trip to Florida soon.

Connor is a furniture installer/driver at OSI, with just under 2 years of service. In his free time, he enjoys exercising at the gym and playing the guitar. His favourite holiday spot is Greece.
Bradley Simpson

Bradley joined OSI in 2025 as a Business Development Manager, bringing fresh energy and a passion for growth. Outside work, he enjoys hitting the gym and playing football to stay active. Fun fact: Bradley is one of eight siblings! When it’s time to relax, Jamaica tops his list as the ultimate holiday destination.
Dave Marriage
Business Development Manager
Dave joined OSI in 2025, bringing extensive experience in the educational furniture industry. A passionate supporter of Arsenal, Dave enjoys gaming on his PS5, reading novels and graphic novels, and is a dedicated fan of rock and heavy metal music—often catching concerts when he can. His claim to fame includes meeting Iron Maiden many years ago and more recently, Ian Wright, the Arsenal legend. When not immersed in work or hobbies, Dave enjoys spending quality time at home with his family and their dogs. His industry expertise and personal passion make him a valued member of the OSI team.
