Yes, after placing your order an order confirmation will be received with an ETA for delivery.
Most of our products are made to order so if you wish to cancel there may be a restocking fee if materials have been ordered. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to cancel if required.
As most of our products are made to order, we do advise a lead time of 3-6 weeks as standard depending on the products ordered. If anything is required quicker than this timeframe, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us directly before the goods have been dispatched. If it is already in production, this may not be possible.
If your order arrives damaged, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of the order being received. Please provide images to show the damage.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, cheque, BACs or if you have a credit account, purchase orders.
If you contact our team, we can send through a credit application form. First orders will be pro-forma as per our Terms and Conditions, but we are able to open a credit account after this.
We offer a recycling service which is chargeable but comes with full certification of the recycling of your old furniture.
