OSI Founded
Founded by Steve Dickinson, operating from a garage in Barnsley and supplying office stationery to local businesses.
First Office Premises
As the business continued to grow, OSI moved from its original garage operation into its first dedicated office premises in Barnsley.
1995
2000
First Website Launch
OSI launched its first website, helping customers browse products and connect with the business online.
Move to Current Premises
The company relocated to its current Barnsley premises, providing additional office, warehouse and operational space to support future growth.

Major Council Contract Secured
OSI secured its first major council furniture contract, marking an important milestone in the company’s development and public sector growth.
First Schools Furniture Catalogue
The first Schools Furniture catalogue was launched, establishing what would become one of OSI’s core areas of expertise.
